MISPay
We are looking for motivated and hands-on business development specialist to lead merchant acquisition efforts on the ground, targeting offline and online stores to expand our network by identifying, approaching and onboarding retails partner who can offer our installment solution.
- Visit retail outlets, malls, and commercial centers to introduce and pitch our BNPL services.
- Educate store owners and managers about the benefits of partnering with us.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycle: from lead generation and pitching to closing deals and onboarding.
- Negotiate commercial terms in alignment with company pricing and policy.
- Build long-term relationships with store owners and branch managers.
- Ensure successful onboarding and assist in initial training or activation of the BNPL system at the store.
- Serve as the point of contact for merchant queries or concerns in the early stage.
- Map key areas and industries (fashion, electronics, furniture, etc.) for high-potential merchant acquisition.
- Maintain a daily/weekly field activity plan and report on progress and performance.
- Coordinate with marketing and product teams for merchant-specific campaigns and support material.
- Provide feedback to internal teams to improve merchant acquisition process and tools.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or commercial roles; fintech, banking, or payments industry experience preferred.
- Sold to E-commerce, Retail vendors
- Deep understanding of BNPL, digital lending, and consumer finance models.
- High energy, goal-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
