As the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), you will drive revenue growth, sales execution, and market
expansion in the fintech sector. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead the sales department, which includes direct sales, customer success, and partnerships. You will define and implement strategic revenue initiatives to accelerate business expansion, particularly in the GCC region. Your deep network in the fintech sector and experience in high-level B2B sales will be essential in securing new clients, optimizing revenue streams, and ensuring long-term business success.
- 15+ years of experience in revenue leadership roles, with a strong focus on fintech sales and partnerships.
- Proven track record of closing large B2B fintech deals and expanding revenue streams in the GCC.
- Deep network of connections in KSA, Dubai, and the broader GCC fintech and banking sector.
- Experience in scaling sales teams and revenue operations in fast-growing technology companies.
- Strong expertise in digital banking, payment solutions and financial services.
- Native Arabic Speaker with strong proficiency in English
- Ability to drive sales strategies, revenue forecasts, and planning.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM, sales analytics, and business intelligence tools.
Revenue Growth & Strategy
- Define and execute the company’s comprehensive revenue strategy, aligning with business goals.
- Develop pricing models, go-to-market strategies, and revenue forecasts.
- Monitor market trends, competition, and industry shifts to drive sustainable growth.
- Drive quarterly and annual sales targets, ensuring revenue optimization across business units.
Sales & Business Development
- Leverage a strong fintech network to drive enterprise sales and partnerships.
- Lead the sales team to identify, pursue, and close high-value B2B deals.
- Expand and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring a strong mix of short- and long-term opportunities.
- Optimize the company’s sales process, including lead generation, deal structuring, and closing.
- Build, lead, and scale a high-performing sales team, setting clear KPIs and performance targets.
Partnerships & Market Expansion
- Establish and maintain strategic relationships with banks, financial institutions, fintech firms, and key industry players.
- Explore partnerships, joint ventures, and reseller agreements to expand market reach.
- Represent the company in fintech conferences, regulatory meetings, and high-level networking events.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless market entry strategy for new regions and products.
Marketing & Brand Positioning
- Align marketing efforts with revenue goals to strengthen brand visibility and attract the right clients.
- Work with marketing to develop compelling content, case studies, and thought leadership pieces.
Customer Success & Retention
- Ensure customers receive exceptional service, leading to long-term relationships and repeat business.
- Develop strategies to increase customer engagement and encourage continued use of our solutions.
- Gather customer insights to help refine and enhance our products.
