Reporting to Team Manager – New Business Servicing, as Customer Service & Administrator you are expected to process customer requests (either via a phone call or written request) to meet the expectations of their customers by providing market leading service and retaining excellent customer relationships.

Responsibilities

As Customer Service & Administrator, your role will involve:

  • Sets and achieves targets to maintain productivity, efficiency and quality standards.
  • They meet the requirements of their customers, build and maintain excellent customer relationships through processing a range of tasks and services, while demonstrating knowledge of relevant systems, products, processes, and procedures.
  • They contribute to a positive and supportive team culture, and demonstrate clear adherence to customer focus, and work collaboratively across all operational areas.
  • They take personal responsibility for resolving basic queries from customers and agents.
  • They help identifying and taking forward continuous improvement opportunities.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent), and prior experience in a related field.
  • Understanding of Insurance, corporate savings and pensions / end of service benefits being strongly preferred.Previous experience working within an international and diverse cultural organization would be beneficial.

Skills:

  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Accuracy and Attention to details.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office packages – Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills both written and verbal in English and Arabic.
  • Digital Literacy
