Description
ICBC Turkey Bank is searching for a Product Owner to be recruited under our Digital Banking department under our Head Office building located in Maslak, Istanbul.
Responsibilities
- Development and improvement of ICBC Turkey’s Internet & Mobile Banking Channels by effectively managing backlogs.
- Tracking and improving end to end digital customer’s journey.
- Evaluate, participate and analyze user acceptance test results.
- Digitalizing processes for the conventional products to complete the acquisition and sales processes online with related parties.
- Working closely with Technology and Project Management Team to run new projects and demands.
- Tracking and analyzing digital channels penetration and mobile banking downloads to identify problems and providing new improvement suggestions if necessary
- Tracking and analyzing digital customers journey funnels to identify problems and planning solutions if necessary.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a university preferably on Engineering,
- At least 3 years of experience in Digital Banking or FinTech is mandatory,
- Experience in agile methodology is a plus,
- Having a very good command of English is mandatory,
- Using MS Office programs effectively is mandatory,
- Experience in analytical tools (Google Analytics, Firebase etc.) is a plus
- Good command in English written and verbal is mandatory,
- Being solution-oriented, dynamic and proactive with good communication skill is required.
