To maintain competitive advantage as the company grows, geidea is currently looking for an "Financial Operation Manager"
Purpose:
Following the daily checklist claims, complaints, and chargebacks
- Hands on experience with Reconciliation, Revenue Accounting, Financial systems
- Understanding of scheme relation and strong interpersonal skills
- Proven analytical skills + Project Management understanding is a plus
- Supervising the team members and work distribution
- Direct relation with the bank, schemes, and internal stake holders
- Merchant facing and liable to communicate with central bank on reporting
- Merchant payout issues as the highest priority for daily KPIs.
- Conducting periodic analysis on all teams in the department for regular activities.
- Problem solving for daily payout and complex merchant issues.
Required Education
- Professional qualification in an analytical or numerate subjects or Accounting /or computer science.
Required Work Experience -
- Minimum three years experience in financial or analytical role.
- Banking fintech operations background.
Required Skills/Competency-
Knowledge of Financial Services/FinTech sector, communication skills and problem-solving attitude. merchant issues.
