Paymob
The Partnerships Executive will play a key role in supporting and growing Paymob’s partner ecosystem by managing day-to-day communications, assisting with onboarding, and driving partner success through cross-functional collaboration. This role combines relationship management, market research, and data analysis to ensure partnerships are productive, scalable, and aligned with company goals. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating strong, lasting relationships in the fintech space.
- Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day communication with existing partners.
- Support the onboarding process of new partners, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
- Conduct market research to identify and assess potential new partnership opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support partner initiatives and co-marketing efforts.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track partnership performance.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and leadership.
- Assist in organizing and attending partnership-related events, webinars, or meetings.
- 1–2 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or account management (internships and part-time work considered).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with a good understanding of metrics and reporting tools (Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools).
- Familiarity with the fintech or digital payments space is a plus.
- Highly organized, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
