Emirates NBD
As a Product Owner – Payments at Emirates NBD, your role is to define and communicate the product vision and strategy for mobile onboarding journeys and ensure the onboarding process is aligned with best practices in mobile UX design.
- Prioritize features and enhancements based on user feedback, business value, and market trends.
- Create, manage, and prioritize the product backlog for mobile onboarding journeys
- Write clear, actionable user stories with acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the backlog reflects current priorities and business objectives.
- Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging onboarding experiences.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on designs.
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree preferably in business studies or technology.
- Previous working experience in agile team set up.
- In depth knowledge of Agile process and principles.
- Minimum 5 to10 years of experience in agile delivery & mobile app development including on-boarding journeys.
- Experience of working in financial institutions.
- User Experience (UX) Design
- Basic Understanding of Mobile Development
