The Project Manager will oversee project timelines, ensure seamless cross-functional collaboration within the organization and regional offices, and support the Global Growth function in executing strategic initiatives. This role requires strong coordination, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills to drive efficiency and successful project execution.
Responsibilities
- Manage and track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to support the Global Growth function.
- Facilitate effective collaboration across internal teams and regional offices to ensure alignment on growth initiatives.
- Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring timely resolution of challenges.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and project updates for senior leadership.
- Ensure adherence to project governance, regulatory requirements, best practices, and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably within fintech, payments, or a global organization.
- Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Asana, or similar).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-cultural teams.
