Abu Dhabi Investment Office
ADIO is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Digital Lead to drive the strategic and technical execution of complex websites and digital projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital project management, web development, and team leadership. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire digital project lifecycle, from conception through execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Project Leadership: Lead and manage complex digital projects, including website development, digital marketing initiatives, and other online platforms. Oversee the project from initial planning through to delivery and post-launch optimization.
- Team Management: Build, mentor, and manage a cross-functional team of developers, designers, and digital marketers. Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute digital strategies that align with business goals. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Technical Oversight: Ensure the technical feasibility of projects. Provide guidance on web architecture, technology stack, and best practices to ensure scalability, performance, and security.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications. Regularly update stakeholders on project status, risks, and changes.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Quality Assurance: Implement best practices for quality assurance and testing. Ensure that all deliverables meet the required standards and are thoroughly tested.
- Innovation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Propose innovative solutions to enhance digital experiences and project outcomes.
- Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in digital project management, web development, or a related field, with a proven track record of managing complex digital projects.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, CMS platforms, etc.), and experience with web development frameworks and tools.
