Specialist Wallets & Cards
Description
Part of the wallet and cards domain within the Fintech team at talabat, the role will be required to become a key member of the team to manage new and existing projects
Responsibilities
- Become a valuable member of the wallet & cards team and drive execution of key projects
- Prepare project plans for timely rollouts of initiatives and provide visibility to all stakeholders
- Prepare SLAs, after coordinating with the cross functional teams and then ensuring implementation and compliance for smooth operations
- Work closely with internal and/or external stakeholders to drive new and/or existing projects align with goals
- Provide input on strategy/goal setting and drive execution aligned with set goals
- KPI tracking and preparing weekly, and monthly dashboards for management visibility and also performing ad-hoc analysis
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a payments and/or technology business in MENA, fintech experience in any market preferred but not mandatory
- Curious and eager to take on responsibility to drive impact
- Self driven with a high sense of ownership
- Solution-oriented and with a high sense of ownership
- Comfortable with analytical tools to generate meaningful business insights
- Hold excellent presentation and communication skills
- Hold good interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
