ADGM, the international financial centre of Abu Dhabi, has introduced an ‘Advertising Permit’ service on its AccessRP platform.
The measure is intended to reduce false listings, strengthen market oversight, and support investor confidence by requiring that all property advertisements within ADGM’s jurisdiction obtain a permit from the financial centre.
The service has been launched by ADGM’s Registration Authority (RA), in collaboration with the Department of Municipalities and Transport (DMT) and the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre (ADREC).
It reflects ADGM’s stated objective of advancing governance, transparency, and investor protection in the real estate sector.
The initiative builds on the Madhmoun project, introduced earlier this year as the UAE’s first Multiple Listing Service (MLS) platform by DMT and ADREC.
The integration of Madhmoun with ADGM’s Advertising Permit “creates not just an advertising service but also onboards an internationally recognised platform designed to empower aggregators, elevate market standards, and enable authentic advertising,” according to ADGM.
The Advertising Permit service has now been fully implemented across ADGM’s jurisdiction, covering Al Maryah and Al Reem Islands, and is accessible via the AccessRP platform.
