TerraPay, a London-based money movement company, has partnered with OMT, a financial services provider in Lebanon, to introduce a cross-border payment solution designed for Lebanese businesses.
The initiative aims to support local enterprises in accessing international markets and strengthening their participation in global trade.
The partnership combines OMT’s national presence with TerraPay’s international network to offer businesses a secure and cost-effective payment channel that complies with international standards.
Through an online portal, users will be able to make transfer requests in real time, monitor transactions, and access financial reports.

“Partnering with OMT allows us to extend our vision to Lebanon’s business community, giving enterprises the tools they need to transact internationally with confidence, speed, and compliance,”
said Bassem Awada, Senior Vice President at TerraPay.
Naji Abou Zeid, Chief Executive Officer of OMT, added:

“Through our partnership with TerraPay, we are enabling Lebanese businesses to operate at the speed and standard of today’s interconnected economy. Whether sourcing raw materials or settling invoices with international partners, they now have access to a cross-border payment solution that is seamless, compliant, cost-effective, and fully interoperable.”
The collaboration is intended to provide Lebanese businesses of varying sizes with greater opportunities to engage in international commerce.
