Binance has announced the launch of The Blockchain 100, an annual awards initiative recognising creators who contribute to blockchain education, innovation, and community engagement.
The Blockchain 100 will highlight individuals and groups making significant contributions to the blockchain sector through educational content, research, market analysis, and community building.
A total of 100 creators will be recognised across seven categories: industry advocates, independent researchers, traders, community builders, video and live creators, crypto press, and rising stars.
Nominees must primarily focus on educational or inspirational crypto-related content, be public-facing individuals without major controversies, and have at least 10,000 followers on one major social platform, including X, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Telegram, Discord, Binance Square, or CoinMarketCap.
The selection process involves three stages.
Public nominations will run from September 25 to October 12, allowing both self-nominations and submissions on behalf of others.
Community voting will follow from October 15 to 26 via Binance Square, where verified Binance users may cast one vote per category daily.
The final list of winners will be announced on November 3, with an award ceremony scheduled for December 3 during Binance Blockchain Week in Dubai.
Winners will receive engraved medals and attend exclusive events.

“Crypto has always been about the community and the people who make it possible,”
said Rachel Conlan, Chief Marketing Officer at Binance.
“The Blockchain 100 is a nod to that spirit. Progressing the industry towards one billion users and beyond will take collective effort, and we want to recognise the individuals who have put in the hard work from the early days to help build this vibrant ecosystem.”
