Deloitte Middle East has launched its Middle East Centre of Excellence for Oracle AI Agents, a platform designed to support the adoption of agentic AI, AI capable of autonomous decision-making to enhance human workflows, across the region.
The Centre brings together global expertise, regional industry knowledge, and a skilled talent pool to assist governments and enterprises in using Oracle’s AI Agents toolkit.
It offers training, practical implementation, and best-practice frameworks to help organisations integrate autonomous systems into existing processes.

“As a strategic partner to the public sector and private enterprises, we believe it is our obligation to bring the most advanced capabilities to the region,”
said Corinne Johnson, Partner and Oracle Offering Leader at Deloitte Middle East.
“Our new Centre for Oracle AI Agents will empower leaders to adopt autonomous agents securely, responsibly, and at scale.”
The Centre serves clients across the GCC and Middle East, aiming to support digital transformation and contribute to Oracle’s agentic AI ecosystem.
Deloitte will also develop new AI agents locally, positioning the Middle East as a hub for autonomous systems.
The Centre provides certified AI Agent practitioners capable of designing and deploying Oracle AI Agents, sector-specific use cases across finance, public sector, supply chain, human capital management, and customer experience, and structured workshops to co-create and refine AI agent workflows with clients.
Teams within the Centre are already contributing to strategic regional programmes and to Oracle’s global repository of AI Agents.
