Emirates NBD has partnered with Letswork, a regional provider of flexible workspaces, to give employees access to more than 4,000 coworking desks, meeting rooms, and offices across the UAE and other locations.
Under the agreement, selected Emirates NBD employees will take part in a 12-month pilot to access on-demand workspaces through Letswork’s platform, with the possibility of expansion across the bank.
The partnership builds on Letswork’s involvement in Emirates NBD’s National Digital Talent Incubator (NDTI) Programme, where initial discussions led to this collaboration.
Through Letswork’s platform, employees can book meeting rooms, coworking spaces, and private offices across over 100 locations in Dubai, more than 25 in Abu Dhabi and the Northern Emirates, and additional sites abroad.
The arrangement aims to provide more flexibility for staff who travel frequently or work outside the city centre, offering easier access to professional workspaces and reducing commuting times.
Eman Abdulrazzaq, Group Chief Operating Officer at Emirates NBD, said:

“As a socially responsible bank, this pilot demonstrates Emirates NBD’s commitment to becoming a future-focused bank by fostering a culture of innovation and establishing the Group as an employer of choice through future-ready human resources practices.”
Hamza Khan, Co-Founder and CEO of Letswork, said:

“This partnership with Emirates NBD is a milestone moment, not just for us at Letswork, but for the region. It signals that the UAE’s largest institutions are embracing hybrid work in a scalable and sustainable way.”
