Deloitte has expanded its Cloud Centre of Excellence (CCoE) in Saudi Arabia as cloud adoption across the Kingdom accelerates ahead of the planned launch of Microsoft and AWS data centres in 2026.
The expansion strengthens Deloitte’s Riyadh-based cloud capabilities to support public and private sector organisations adopting locally hosted cloud services.
Hyperscale data centres from Microsoft and AWS, alongside existing offerings from Google Cloud and Oracle, will widen access to secure and compliant cloud infrastructure.
Organisations will be able to deploy a range of solutions, including sovereign private cloud environments and Software-as-a-Service platforms such as generative AI tools, CRM, and ERP systems, while meeting local data residency and regulatory requirements.
Deloitte’s CCoE in Riyadh provides services across cloud strategy, architecture, engineering, and managed services. Support spans readiness assessments, migration, optimisation, and ongoing operations across Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
The firm also advises on cloud cost management through Financial Operations (FinOps), regulatory compliance, SaaS deployment, and workforce upskilling.
Deloitte delivers sector-focused solutions for industries including financial services, energy, and the public sector.

“Deloitte is proud to support Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 by helping organisations take advantage of the new cloud infrastructure becoming available in the Kingdom,”
said Jamil Hamati, Partner and Engineering Leader at Deloitte Middle East.
