Solidrange, a Saudi cybersecurity startup focused on AI-driven governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) automation and cybersecurity awareness solutions, has closed a US$2.4 million Seed funding round.
The round was led by Sharaka Capital, with participation from Sadu Capital, SEEDRA Ventures, and Tali Ventures, the investment arm of stc (Saudi Telecom Company).
The funding will support Solidrange’s regional expansion, product development, and the integration of artificial intelligence across its platforms.
Its solutions align with Saudi Arabia’s national cybersecurity objectives and support the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 goals.
Founded in 2023 and headquartered in Riyadh, Solidrange is led by Jamal M. Labani, CEO and Co-Founder.
The company serves over 50 enterprise customers, including government entities, publicly listed companies, and organisations across the public and private sectors.
Solidrange’s growth reflects rising demand in the Kingdom for locally developed, regulation-ready cybersecurity solutions.
Its platforms have been deployed with several regulatory and oversight bodies, demonstrating alignment with national frameworks and compliance requirements.

The company also offers Awareness10, an AI-powered cybersecurity awareness solution. It combines interactive training with phishing simulations to test employee readiness and address human vulnerabilities.
With cyber resilience a national priority across the GCC, Solidrange aims to expand regionally as a provider of GRC and cybersecurity awareness solutions. Its goal is to help organisations reduce human-driven cyber risk, simplify compliance, and maintain business continuity.
