Creative Zone, in collaboration with RAKEZ and Mashreq NEO BIZ, has launched the Young Entrepreneurs’ Business Setup Program, a UAE-based initiative aimed at supporting aspiring entrepreneurs, early-stage founders and new business owners as they move from idea to company formation.
The programme simplifies the early stages of business setup by combining incorporation support with access to a partner-backed ecosystem of services.
It aims to provide a more structured entry point for individuals starting their first business.
The launch comes as the UAE continues to strengthen its position as a global hub for entrepreneurship.
The country has ranked first globally in the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor’s National Entrepreneurship Context Index for four consecutive years, while the government targets one million SMEs by 2030, up from around 557,000 currently.
Despite this growth, early-stage founders often face challenges in navigating setup processes, accessing banking services, and building operational support networks.
The programme is intended to address these gaps by bringing together setup assistance, financial access and business tools in a single entry point.
The initiative, developed by Creative Zone in partnership with RAKEZ, Mashreq NEO BIZ, DHL, Zoho and other partners, provides access to more than AED 15,000 in benefits.
These include digital bank account opening with Mashreq NEO BIZ, discounted logistics services from DHL, corporate tax and VAT registration support, medical insurance, AWS web hosting for one year, a virtual office package, and access to HR and legal services through Creative Zone.

“Starting a business is a major step, and what many new entrepreneurs need is not just ambition, but the right structure and support around them. This programme was created to make that step more practical and more accessible for those ready to build something of their own,”
said Lorenzo Jooris, Group CEO of Creative Zone.
Anas Hijjawi, Chief Commercial Officer at RAKEZ, said:

“This collaboration is about giving young entrepreneurs a more accessible and better-supported path into business ownership, with the right structure in place from the start.”
The programme positions itself as an entry point for founders to move from concept to an operational business with a more coordinated support framework.
