Integra, a technology company building AI and blockchain infrastructure for real estate, has selected SettleMint as its digital asset lifecycle platform partner.
The partnership supports the compliant, on-chain representation of real estate assets across the UAE and the US.
Under the MoU, the companies will establish a structured framework to integrate the Integra real estate ecosystem platform with SettleMint’s digital asset lifecycle platform.
The agreement creates a pathway for projects entering the ecosystem to access tokenisation services, fiat-based licences, and implementation services.
These will be based on individual project models.
Integra expands property ecosystem
The joint solution combines the AI capabilities of Integra with the regulated digital asset lifecycle platform of SettleMint.
Integra operates a suite of agentic AI designed to buy, sell, negotiate, and manage real estate on-chain while processing real estate security tokens.
Real estate tokenisation could see significant growth over the next decade.
As the market matures, asset tokenisation requires systems that offer permissions, compliance workflows, administration, and market-specific operating requirements over time.
SettleMint provides the technical foundation for end-to-end digital asset issuance, lifecycle management, and compliance integration.
The platform features multi-jurisdiction capabilities designed to support deployment models aligned with regulatory requirements in both the UAE and the US.
Driving liquidity and transparency
The collaboration arrives as the US and Gulf countries look to improve access, transparency, and efficiency within the property and financial sectors.
Both regions are working to strengthen their property and financial systems.
Both firms maintain that compliant, multi-jurisdiction infrastructure is the foundation on which credible real-world asset markets are built.
Piyush Gupta
“We are thrilled to partner with SettleMint to accelerate the deployment of compliant real estate tokenisation in the US and the Middle East,”
said Piyush Gupta, Core Contributor at Integra.
“Integrating our real estate ecosystem with SettleMint’s enterprise-grade platform creates a powerful, end-to-end solution that solves the industry’s biggest challenges: liquidity, transparency, and operational efficiency.”
Matthew Van Niekerk
“Real estate is the most valuable asset class in the world,”
said Matthew Van Niekerk, President at SettleMint.
“Yet deeds, property titles, and ownership structures remain in a web2 state at best, and more often in a pre-web state with paper-based records. Integra is taking a thoughtful, compliance-first approach to bringing real estate assets on-chain, and we are pleased to be the platform they have chosen to build on.”
