Commercial Bank of Dubai (CBD) has launched CBD Invest, a digital wealth management platform integrated directly into its existing mobile banking application.
The product targets affluent, Elite and Private Banking customers. It offers direct trading of US-listed equities and ETFs alongside consolidated financial tracking.
At the core of the offering is a feature called wealth 360, which the bank describes as a first in the market. The tool provides a unified view of a customer’s financial position. It aggregates CBD accounts with selected external assets and liabilities.
CBD Invest also includes advanced portfolio analytics designed to support goal-based investing. Users can track portfolio performance against global indices, monitor asset allocation, and adjust their investment strategies over time.
The initial rollout provides access to live market pricing for US-listed equities and ETFs. CBD plans to introduce additional asset classes and enhanced capabilities over time.

“Customers are not simply looking for increased digital offerings; they are looking for clarity, confidence, and a trusted partner to help them navigate complexity,”
said Dr. Bernd van Linder, Chief Executive Officer of CBD.
He added that the platform provides customers with the insights and transparency needed to make informed financial decisions and plan responsibly for the long term.
For Elite and Private Banking clients, the digital platform operates alongside dedicated relationship management.
This hybrid model allows customers with complex portfolio requirements to access human advisory services alongside the app’s digital insights.
CBD built the platform on its regulated infrastructure as part of its wider strategy to expand its digital wealth capabilities.
