MultiBank Group’s digital asset platform mb.io has integrated Botim to allow users in the UAE to fund their accounts directly within its trading app.
The integration leverages Botim’s payment flow to reduce reliance on external payment steps.
Account funding remains a fragmented process for many digital asset platforms. Users are frequently required to leave their trading application to complete payment steps elsewhere before returning to execute a trade.
By adding Botim as a payment method, mb.io allows users to complete the funding process through a familiar interface. The partnership aims to reduce friction in the transition from fiat to digital assets.

“Getting your account funded should never be the hardest part of trading crypto,”
said Naser Taher, Founder and Chairman of MultiBank Group.
“Botim is part of daily financial life for millions of people in the UAE, and integrating it as a payment method into mb.io means our users can go from zero to trading with fewer steps.”
Botim began as a voice-over-IP application and has since expanded into a broad financial services platform offering payments, remittances, cards, credit, and investments.
The platform operates under Stored Value Facility and Retail Payment Services and Card Schemes licenses issued by the Central Bank of the UAE (CBUAE).

“For digital asset platforms, the funding step is where user experience and trust are tested,”
said Kavi Choitram, SVP of Botim Business.
“By enabling Botim as a payment method within the mb.io app, this partnership provides UAE users with a familiar and regulated way to fund their accounts.”
The Botim payment method is currently available to UAE users via the latest version of the mb.io application.
