Saudi Arabian insurtech DESAISIV has launched an AI platform to automate corporate insurance management and opened an US$8 million growth funding round.
The company plans to use the capital to expand its product portfolio beyond corporate health insurance. It will enter areas such as motor insurance, leasing, general insurance, and other AI-powered enterprise risk solutions.
Corporate insurance remains a major operational expense for businesses. Many organisations still rely on manual workflows, fragmented systems, and spreadsheets to manage their insurance needs.
DESAISIV’s AI Insurance Agent uses advanced analytics to benchmark market pricing and evaluate policy performance.
It also identifies cost-saving opportunities and provides real-time insights to support faster decision-making.
The platform also helps enterprises negotiate premiums and optimise their insurance programmes throughout the policy lifecycle.
Mohammad Nabhan and Saed Khawaldeh founded DESAISIV in 2023. The company now works with 18 insurers and brokers, serves more than 600 corporate clients, and manages a corporate insurance wallet exceeding SAR2 billion.
DESAISIV plans to use the US$8 million funding round to accelerate research and development, expand its enterprise product portfolio, strengthen strategic partnerships, and scale commercial growth.
The company aims to process more than SAR10 billion in insurance premiums through its platform.

“Our AI Insurance Agent transforms complex insurance data into actionable intelligence, enabling enterprises to reduce costs and improve decision-making,”
said Saed Khawaldeh, Co-Founder of DESAISIV.
DESAISIV said it aims to build an AI operating system for enterprise insurance that connects stakeholders, automates complex decisions, and creates a more transparent, efficient, and data-driven insurance ecosystem.
