Tether is partnering with First Advanced Data for Artificial Intelligence (FirstData) and BKN301 to accelerate the tokenisation of institutional-grade real estate assets in Saudi Arabia.
The digital asset company will deploy its Hadron by Tether platform as the core technology infrastructure for issuing, managing, and administering tokenised assets.
Riyadh-based FirstData will serve as the commercial lead, issuer, and primary market operator for the tokenised real estate assets.
The company combines artificial intelligence with digital asset infrastructure to support the ownership, trading, and management of real-world assets.
BKN301 will support the integration of Hadron by Tether into FirstData’s operating framework. It will provide front-end delivery, banking connectivity, compliance integration, and operational support services.
Tokenising institutional real estate
Hadron by Tether is an asset-tokenisation platform designed to simplify the conversion of various assets into digital tokens.
The platform supports the full lifecycle of tokenised assets, including issuance, management, and administration. It also provides modularity, security, and compliance capabilities.
The collaboration aims to improve liquidity in Saudi Arabia’s institutional real estate sector, a traditionally illiquid asset class.
It seeks to create a scalable model that combines blockchain infrastructure with regulated financial services.

“At Tether, we believe real-world asset tokenisation will redefine the financial industry, making global assets more liquid, accessible, secure, and scalable,”
said Paolo Ardoino, CEO of Tether.
“Saudi Arabia is one of the most compelling markets globally for the convergence of technology, capital markets, and real-world asset tokenisation,”
said Nabil Al-Nuaim, Chairman of FirstData.
The companies said the collaboration could later expand into other real-world asset categories, including energy, infrastructure project finance, and other strategic assets.
