The licence lets its Dubai entity, Flowdesk Omega FZE, serve qualified and institutional investors in and from the emirate.
The licence follows an in-principle approval Flowdesk received from VARA in June.
It completes what the company described as VARA’s rigorous, multi-stage licensing process.

“Receiving our full licence from VARA is a defining milestone for Flowdesk,” said Guilhem Chaumont, Co-Founder and CEO of Flowdesk Group.
He said the approval reflects the depth of work the company’s teams have put into governance, compliance, risk management, and institutional-grade market infrastructure.
He added that the UAE has become central to the firm’s growth as one of the world’s most important virtual asset markets.
Flowdesk is a global liquidity provider and virtual asset trading technology firm.
It offers OTC trading, liquidity solutions, and tokenised market services to institutional clients and digital asset issuers.
The Dubai licence adds to a broader international regulatory footprint.
Flowdesk’s European entity separately received Crypto-Asset Service Provider (CASP) authorisation from France’s AMF under the EU’s MiCA framework in June.
