Network International and Commercial Bank of Dubai (CBD) have expanded their merchant lending referral partnership beyond point-of-sale (POS) loans.
Eligible UAE merchants and SMEs can now access commercial property financing and short-term working capital loans without collateral.
The expanded eligibility criteria also cover smaller and relatively new businesses, widening access to bank financing across the UAE.
Financing for property and working capital
Commercial property financing allows eligible businesses to purchase their own premises, while working capital loans support short-term cash flow needs.
Both products join the existing POS lending offering under a single merchant financing arrangement.
The partnership combines Network International’s merchant network with CBD’s banking services to provide financing for businesses at different stages of growth.

“We are giving merchants practical routes to invest, manage liquidity, and scale their businesses through a relationship they already have with Network,”
said Görkem Köseoğlu, Group Chief Customer and AI Officer at Network International.
CBD expands financing reach through merchant network
For CBD, the arrangement provides another channel to reach merchants through their existing relationships with Network International.
The bank also operates digital platforms including iBusiness and UP by CBD, which support micro and small businesses with banking, payments, credit and financial management services.
Network International said the expansion reflects its broader focus on combining payment services, banking partnerships and merchant financing.
The company works with more than 250 financial institutions and 240,000 merchants across over 50 countries in the Middle East and Africa.
