Emirates NBD has concluded the third cohort of its National Digital Incubator (NDTI) programme, aimed at supporting Emirati fintech entrepreneurs.
The initiative, developed in collaboration with industry partners such as the DIFC Innovation Hub, Visa, Microsoft, and Dell Technologies, provides participants with access to industry leaders, mentoring sessions, and networking opportunities.
For the first time, the programme included insights from Essa Kazim, Governor of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), reinforcing its alignment with the UAE’s economic strategy.
A key feature, Discovery Day, allowed startups to collaborate with industry partners to tailor the programme to their needs.
Additionally, participants engaged in the DIFC Future Sustainability Forum, exploring the intersection of sustainability and innovation.
Throughout the programme, participants received mentorship from professionals in banking, technology, and innovation.
Maryam Al Ansari, one of the participants, was invited to the Dell Technologies Forum – AI Edition 2025, where she presented her work and engaged with AI experts.
The cohort also took part in an international trip, meeting with Emirates NBD’s Egypt team, venture capitalists, and startups, providing exposure to regional markets and expansion opportunities.
The programme concluded with a final presentation to Emirates NBD executives and industry leaders, offering feedback on their progress and business plans.
Eman Abdulrazzaq, Group Chief Operating Officer at Emirates NBD, said:

“This programme provides high-potential startups with critical avenues for funding discussions and partnerships. Given fintech is a key sector of investment in the UAE, we are confident that the solutions developed will contribute to economic growth and national objectives.”
Mohammad Alblooshi, Chief Executive Officer of DIFC Innovation Hub, added:

“Empowering the next generation of fintech leaders is essential to sustaining the UAE’s status as a global financial hub. Our partnership with Emirates NBD’s NDTI programme reflects our commitment to fostering homegrown talent and supporting innovation in the sector.”
The NDTI programme has now completed three editions, supporting emerging fintech entrepreneurs and contributing to the UAE’s digital and financial sector development.
