PayPal has announced a partnership with Ignyte, a Dubai-based digital platform supporting startups and small businesses.
As a founding partner, PayPal will assist entrepreneurs in managing payments more efficiently, enabling smoother cross-border transactions and business expansion in the digital economy.
Ignyte, launched in October 2024 under the Dubai Digital Economy Strategy, aims to establish the region as a centre for innovation and business growth.
It provides startups with access to mentors, investors, and over 250 resources from corporate and industry partners.

Through this partnership, PayPal will support startups and small businesses in the Ignyte network by facilitating global payments.
It will also provide tailored support and exclusive offers to help businesses navigate cross-border transactions and financial operations.
Additionally, the collaboration will include industry events focused on trends, challenges, and opportunities in digital commerce, bringing together key figures in the sector.
Ignyte aims to support 100,000 startups by providing the infrastructure to scale internationally.
By working with PayPal, it seeks to improve access to financial services, expert guidance, and scalable payment solutions.
