Osome, a Singapore-based AI-enabled business management platform, has opened an office in Dubai, marking its official entry into the UAE.
Dubai is home to more than one million SMEs.
While the city presents opportunities, business owners face challenges in handling accounting, tax, and regulatory obligations alongside scaling their companies.

“At Osome, we want founders to spend more time on their vision and less time on financial admin,”
said Helena Flores, Chief Operating Officer of Osome and Managing Director of Osome UAE.
“Our role is twofold: first, to reduce financial and administrative burdens for founders through smart, AI-enabled services backed by human experts. Second, to grow together with the UAE ecosystem by working with partners – from fintechs and digital platforms to VCs and accelerators, to unlock new opportunities for entrepreneurs.”
Osome offers accounting and bookkeeping services with dedicated accountants, as well as support for VAT registration, VAT filing, corporate tax filing, and compliance with statutory reporting requirements.
The company plans to engage with the UAE ecosystem at Expand North Star at GITEX 2025, connecting with potential collaborators and showcasing its platform.
It will also host a private networking event for entrepreneurs and partners in Dubai.
In its existing markets, Singapore, Hong Kong, and the United Kingdom, Osome works with digital solution providers, venture capitalists, and accelerators to offer services that reduce costs, improve efficiency, and support growth.
By replicating this approach in Dubai, Osome aims to integrate into the local business ecosystem.
