MoneyHash, a payment orchestration platform, has partnered with WalaOne, a multi-partner digital loyalty wallet in Saudi Arabia, to provide merchants with access to loyalty and rewards through a unified infrastructure.
The collaboration integrates MoneyHash’s orchestration layer with WalaOne’s wallet, which aggregates loyalty points from multiple programmes.
Through MoneyHash’s unified API, merchants can access WalaOne as easily as they connect payment gateways, wallets, or buy-now-pay-later providers.
This approach eliminates the need for separate integrations, contracts, or in-house loyalty logic.
WalaOne users can earn points across different merchants.
They can redeem these points for rewards, discounts, gift cards, airline miles, or purchase credits.
By incorporating this functionality at the orchestration layer, MoneyHash allows merchants to implement loyalty initiatives without additional technical work.
It also enables them to scale these initiatives more easily.
Abdullah El Khayat, GM and Country Director of Saudi Arabia at MoneyHash, said,

“At MoneyHash, we are building an ecosystem that gives merchants flexible access to top market solutions, and adding WalaOne strengthens this direction and brings new value to the customer experience.”
Obadah Khaled, Head of Business Unit at WalaOne, added,

“Partnering with MoneyHash helps us expand that value to a wider ecosystem, enabling businesses to integrate loyalty seamlessly and focus on better engagement rather than technical integration.”
Saudi consumers are highly engaged with loyalty programmes, which influence shopping behaviour, spending, and repeat visits.
For businesses, technical complexity and fragmented systems have limited the adoption of loyalty solutions.
By integrating WalaOne into MoneyHash’s platform, merchants can now implement loyalty without re-engineering their systems or creating new user flows, making loyalty an outcome of infrastructure rather than a separate product decision.
