Checkout.com has partnered with PRYPCO, a Dubai-based real estate investment and ownership platform, to power its payment infrastructure.
According to the two companies, PRYPCO’s payment acceptance rates have increased by 20% since the integration went live in July.
The partnership now includes payment processing for PRYPCO Mint, a platform that represents real estate ownership as digital tokens on a blockchain.
As part of the partnership, PRYPCO has integrated Checkout.com’s acquiring and processing technology into PRYPCO Blocks, its fractional property investment platform.
The integration is designed to support higher transaction volumes, including periods of high demand around new property launches.
PRYPCO selected Checkout.com for its direct acquiring capabilities, as its customers carry out high-value transactions daily that require both speed and security.
The setup includes network tokenisation, which replaces card details with unique digital identifiers.
This approach aims to protect customer data and reduce false declines, which occur when legitimate payments are rejected in error.
Customers can also fund and withdraw from their accounts with near-instant access through Checkout.com’s global payouts service.

“Our partnership with Checkout.com helps us handle those peaks with fast, secure payments, giving more customers a smooth experience when they’re ready to invest,”
said Essa Ibrahim, Co-founder and President at PRYPCO.

“At Checkout.com, we are committed to working with our partners across diverse sectors to strengthen digital payments in the region,”
said Remo Giovanni Abbondandolo, General Manager for MENA at Checkout.com.
Beyond property investment, PRYPCO provides digital mortgages, gold investment, and Golden Visa and will services in the UAE.
The company states that it has facilitated real estate transactions worth over AED20 billion for more than 110,000 customers.
