As the Head of Growth at Tamra Capital, you will be the driving force behind our demand generation and marketing strategies. This role requires a unique blend of analytical thinking, marketing expertise, and a hands-on approach to strategic execution. You will work closely with the founders and lead a team dedicated to accelerating our growth and enhancing our customer journey.

Responsibilities

1. Design and Strategy:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive growth and marketing strategies and plans to support the company's mission, vision, and values.
  • Lead and build a high-performing growth and marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Lead the overall demand engine of the company.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to create revenue roadmaps aligned with company growth objectives.
  • Develop and execute growth strategies that support the company’s goals.
  • Translate revenue goals into actionable targets across different teams.
  • Prepare a comprehensive 2-year growth roadmap focusing on improving DAUs, MAUs, and overall monthly business metrics.
  • Manage marketing budgets and resources effectively, ensuring ROI and cost-effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
  • Strategize to enhance the customer journey across all touchpoints using a mix of internal/external tools for personalized and automated user experiences.

2. Execution:

  • Analyze and optimize existing funnels for increased conversions.
  • Manage acquisition and retention activities to achieve key metrics such as Customer Acquisition, Lead Generation, cNPS, CSAT, new revenue, Customer Retention, Share of Wallet, ARR, MRR, etc.
  • Oversee the execution of strategic marketing plans for major brand initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaigns performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Manage the creative brief process to develop compelling product stories and positioning.
  • Integrate consumer insights and market data into product launches and narratives.
  • Strengthen the top of the funnel through online channels (Social Media, website, etc.).

3. Partnering:

  • Serve as a strategic thought partner for founders to enhance brand penetration.
  • Lead and inspire the growth and tech teams (Product, Design, Engineering) to achieve both acquisition and retention goals.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success team to improve communication of value propositions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including media partners, influencers, and industry associations.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 10+ years of proven work experience in growth and digital marketing roles, preferably in the fintech industry, wealth management, or banking sectors.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or master's degree in Marketing is a plus.
  • Certification: Certification from an internationally recognized body in Marketing (Certifications from DMI, Google, Hootsuite, Hubspot, etc.) is a plus
  • Skills:
  • Strong understanding of growth and marketing principles, strategies, and tactics, with a track record of successful marketing campaigns.
  • Expertise in Growth Hacking, Social Media/Viral Marketing, demand generation, customer acquisition funnel, and performance marketing.
  • Proficiency in campaign management tools (e.g., Active Campaign) and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Experience in building and leading high-performing growth and marketing teams, fostering collaboration and innovation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and generate innovative marketing ideas.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM software, and other marketing tools.
