Infobip has announced an expanded partnership with Oracle aimed at supporting the delivery of conversational experiences for businesses and brands worldwide.
The latest integration allows customers and partners of both companies to access Infobip’s omnichannel services through Oracle Integration.
As demand for omnichannel communication grows, organisations often face challenges in integrating and managing new communication channels, which can be resource-intensive and require complex development and deployment processes.
Infobip’s new Omnichannel Messaging Adapter for Oracle Integration seeks to address this by enabling businesses to manage messaging across various channels, including third-party services such as WhatsApp and RCS, more efficiently.
The tool is designed for quicker deployment, which may help reduce time to market.
Infobip has also introduced a prebuilt use case, known as an Accelerator, for Oracle’s customer service platform, Oracle B2C Service.
This Accelerator supports communication between consumers and support teams via SMS and WhatsApp, providing a two-way communication experience.
Both the Messaging Adapter and Accelerator are low or no code solutions, which may appeal to Oracle’s customer base and partners.
Oracle Integration offers secure and scalable connectivity between applications, regardless of their location or infrastructure.

“Our new collaboration with Infobip will help enterprises simplify connectivity and provide integration between the Infobip messaging platform and any applications using our unified integration platform as a service, Oracle Integration,”
said Deepak Arora, Vice President, Product Management at Oracle.
“This partnership builds on our vision of fuelling AI innovation for more businesses by integrating any apps, data and services anywhere.”
Veselin Vuković, Chief Alliances Officer at Infobip, added:

“The Omnichannel Messaging Adapter for Oracle Integration enables Infobip and Oracle customers to tailor our omnichannel solutions to their specific needs using the same platform with just a few clicks. The solution is flexible and works for a broad range of sectors and industries.”
