Telr has partnered with CreditPool to introduce Telr Multi-Card Payments, allowing customers to split a single purchase across multiple cards when one card cannot cover the full amount.
Available exclusively through Telr payment pages, the service aims to reduce payment declines caused by insufficient funds or individual card limits.
The company said the feature could help merchants recover otherwise unsuccessful transactions, increase average order values and reduce cart abandonment.
Customers can also combine rewards from different cards when making a purchase.

“We are solving the number one reason for payment declines: insufficient funds, and turning declines into approvals,”
said Khalil Alami, Founder and CEO of Telr.
CreditPool, a Dubai-based payments technology company, provides the technology that allows customers to allocate different amounts to multiple cards during checkout.

“At CreditPool, we believe every shopper should have the freedom to complete the purchases that matter to them, without the constraints of single-card limits,”
said Rafik Ibrahim, Co-Founder and CEO of CreditPool.
Ibrahim added that the service could help merchants capture more revenue while improving the customer experience.
The offering differs from Telr’s existing Split Payments solution, which distributes funds from a single customer payment to multiple recipients, including suppliers and marketplace vendors.
The company operates under a Retail Payment Services license from the Central Bank of the UAE (CBUAE), which it secured in March 2025.
