baraka has launched UAE stocks trading for eligible customers.
The DIFC-based, DFSA-regulated platform now offers companies listed on the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) and Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX). Local investments are funded in AED.
Customers from more than 100 nationalities can now access UAE-listed companies through the same account they already use for US stocks.
The addition sits alongside baraka’s existing offering of UAE and US securities, options trading, Sharia-compliant investments and precious metals.
The platform now lists nearly 10,000 assets in total.
Stocks drawing interest from baraka customers include Emaar Properties, ADNOC Gas and Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank, spanning real estate, energy and banking.

“Bringing DFM and ADX stocks to baraka means our customers can build portfolios that reflect both global opportunities and the economic champions of the place they call home,”
said Feras Jalbout, Founder and CEO of baraka.

“The integration with baraka enables investors to incorporate local stocks more seamlessly into diversified portfolios alongside other asset classes,”
said Khalifa Rabba, Chief Operating Officer of DFM.
Local stocks are funded in AED and held in customers’ names, with Emirates NBD as custodian.
baraka is available to residents and citizens aged 18 and above across the GCC through the Apple App Store and Google Play.
