Huspy has acquired Italian credit intermediary Integra Finance, marking its entry into Italy. The Dubai-founded proptech plans to invest US$86 million (AED315 million) in the country.
That investment will go towards building a mortgage finance and real estate business.
Neither company disclosed the financial terms of the deal.
Founded in 2020, Integra Finance serves individuals, professionals and businesses. Its products include mortgages, personal loans, corporate financing, and salary- and pension-backed loans.
More than 160 advisors work across its network, alongside over 50 banking, financial and insurance partners. Through its subsidiary Bicher, Integra also provides insurance services.
Under the plan, Huspy aims to combine Integra’s advisor network with its AI-based platform for real estate agents and mortgage consultants.

“We are doubling down on Europe, and Italy is central to our next phase of growth,”
said Jad Antoun, Co-founder and CEO of Huspy.

“Our investment builds on the long-standing economic partnership between our two nations,
reflected in the UAE’s USD 40 billion investment commitment announced in February 2025 during HH Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed’s visit to Italy,”
said Ziad Nassar, Co-founder and Deputy CEO of Huspy.
This is Huspy’s fifth acquisition in credit intermediation. Across markets, it has grown by buying established local firms and integrating their teams into its operations.
Past deals include Home Matters in the UAE in 2021 and Mortgage Direct in Spain in 2023.
Italy becomes Huspy’s fourth market after the UAE, Spain and Saudi Arabia, bringing its footprint to 15 cities.
In 2026 and 2027, the company plans to focus on Italy and enter more markets in Europe and the MENA region.
